  • Do I Get To Keep The Sign?
    No, you don't get to keep the sign. We are a rental service. We may occasionally offer custom purchase options but those will be listed separately in our online store.
  • What area's do you service?

  • When Are The Signs Set Up?
    Each day is different, and the delivery window will be clarified during the confirmation process before you pay. Generally, our signs are set up after dark, the night before your event celebration. If your sign is a surprise, we make every effort to come when it is best to keep it that way! Although we cannot provide a specific time for arrival in advance, we do communicate with you through text messages when we are on the way to set up the sign. We do our best to accommodate your needs and are happy to work with delivery times outside of the norm when possible.
  • How Long Will The Sign Stay In My Yard?
    Our standard rental time is about 24 hours. We do offer additional days if you would like to keep the sign for an extended period of time (if we have the availability). Some signs for events and in public areas may have lessened display time, which will be clarified at the time of booking. We cannot guarantee an exact delivery or pickup time, as it varies depending on the pick-up / set-up route for each day. We will send a text message when we are on the way with an approximate time of arrival.
  • Do You Take Last Minute Orders?
    We welcome your request! If you're looking for a rush order, it is best to reach out to us by phone or text at 812-302-2021 as soon as possible. If we have the availability and inventory on hand, we will do our best to make it work!
  • What do I need to do to prepare my yard?
    Please clean up any doggie doo-doo in your yard. During the summer months, your lawn must be thoroughly saturated for us to install the sign. We may ask that you water your lawn in the days leading up to your install date depending on the weather. Please make sure to do any lawn maintenance before your install date. If you have a lawn maintenance crew, please be sure to make arrangements so they do no mow or trim around the signs while installed.
  • Do I Need To Be There For Set Up Or Take Down?
    No, you do not to be present for the install or take down. You simply place the order us, pay the invoice that is emailed to you and we take care of the rest! We ask that you text us a picture of the area where you would like the sign to be placed. We always try to accommodate, though there are rare occasions that the ground doesn't cooperate. (Roots, buried concrete, old driveways, etc.) Once the sign is set up, we'll text you a picture of the finished product! We do also ask that someone in the house know we are coming, especially if it is after dark. We never want to scare anyone!
  • What If It Rains Or We Have Severe Weather?
    Our signs are completely waterproof and great outside all year round. We even set up in the rain and snow! Being in Indiana, severe weather can and does happen. High winds or heavy gusts (25+ mph) can cause damage to our signs. If it looks like severe weather will impact our ability to serve you, we may have to delay set up, pick up early and in extremely rare cases, cancel your sign completely. In the unlikely event that one of those choices must be made, we will communicate with you as soon possible.

  • Can I Set Up Or Take Down The Sign Myself?
    We will be glad to set the sign up and we ask that you don't take down or move the sign, this ensures you receive the best greeting possible and won't be held liable for any damages. If the sign needs to be moved or removed before the standard pick-up time, please reach out to us at 812-302-2021.
